Organization

The Triangle Wildlife Rehabilitation Clinic is a new tax-exempt, non-profit organization. TWRC is governed (and currently operated) by its board of directors, who will be elected by the membership in November of each year in accordance with our Bylaws (pdf). Our current board of directors consists of:
