The Triangle Wildlife Rehabilitation Hospital is dedicated to providing care for sick, injured, and orphaned native North American wildlife in need of assistance and to promoting the value and importance of preserving native wildlife and its habitat to the public.

Please call the clinic before bringing in an animal. Sometimes wildlife needs our assistance and not intervention.

Found Wildlife?

Please do not give the animal food or water as this may be detrimental to the animal's survival.
Place the animal in a ventilated cardboard box lined with a T-shirt or non-frayed towel and isolate the animal from children and pets and place in a dark, quiet area.
Place the box half on and half off a heating pad on the lowest setting possible.
